Okafor Emerges Anambra State Assembly Speaker

The Anambra State House of Assembly, on Wednesday, elected Uche Okafor as its new Speaker.

Okafor, who represents Ayamelum state constituency in the Anambra North Central district of the state, is a two-term member of the House.

He is taking over from Mrs Rita Maduagwu.
