APC Confirms Issa-Onilu As National Publicity Secretary

The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC ) on Friday confirmed Lanre Issa-Onilu as its National Publicity Secretary, Naijaparry  reports.

It was gathered that his confirmation followed the approval by the party’s North Central Zonal Executive Committee meeting and mini-convention held in Abuja, the nation’s capital.

The motion for ratification was moved by the Party Chairman in Nasarawa State Party, Philip Shekwo, and seconded by his Kogi State counterpart, Abdullahi Bello.
Issa-Onilu assumed the office of the APC National Publicity Secretary in 2018 following the resignation of the party’s former spokesperson, Bolaji Abdullahi.

He took over from Yekini Nabena, the party’s Deputy National Publicity Secretary who performed in the acting role immediately after Abdulahi’s resignation.
